Make an appointment without obligation
You make an
appointment for an intake interview without obligation at our office. Before the interview, we will send you an e-mail with a number of documents that we will ask you to complete in advance.

Getting to know your mortgage adviser
During the intake interview, you will get to know your mortgage adviser and we will work out the maximum costs of living you can afford. We will not only look at how much financing you can obtain, we will also look at what you want to spend. We will also take account of your lifestyle, any hobbies you have, etc.

Setting our fee
Every situation is different and requires a different advice. Our fee will be based on the advice you need. We will inform you regarding the fee for our services after the intake interview.

Submit documents
Do you accept the fee? Then we will ask you to submit documents including your passport, salary statement, employer’s statement and employment contract. We explain the best way to submit these documents under
documents to be submitted. This will mean your mortgage application goes nice and smoothly.

You will be given personal advice
We consider not only your mortgage, we also discuss the risk of death, occupational disability, unemployment and any consequences for when you retire.

Your offer is accepted
Once your offer for a property is accepted, we will send your mortgage application to up to two lenders. Your mortgage application will be sent to the lenders best suited to your situation. We compare the financiers in terms of their interest rates, but also in terms of their conditions. These may involve a penalty on sale, a mortgage portability option and the obligation to take out life insurance.

De Kredieter takes care of the processing
The mortgage application will lead to two quotes. After evaluation we will discuss them and get you to sign. De Kredieter takes care of the administrative processing and contacts with the bank, civil-law notary, estate agent and the insurer if applicable.
